It can be difficult doing these types of things, they're likely to have a download tracker to see if you've downloaded it yet. Most script client areas do this for this very reason.

At least here in Europe we can get refunds for any reason for any online purchae, dosent matter if its downloaded or not but if ur satisifed with it. How can you be satisfied or versa if you dont try the product first?

Actually trading standards state if you have simply changed your mind, you are not covered by that in your rights. Only if the product is damaged, and these cannot be damaged as they're digitally obtained. Obviously trading standards is the absolute minimum companies have to comply with, so sure some places will accept refund requests even if it is digital or you have changed your mind.

As well as if they have this in their terms of service. Where if you have downloaded the item, you are not entitled for a refund.

In most cases, you are correct. However, it all becomes a bit complexwhen it's digital. You can't exactly copy and paste a vacuum you bought from a store can you?


Read their policies, it should tell you how they handle refunds.
