Hi,
Can someone suggest me a type of simple product cataloguescript with a shopping cart but no payment system.
It's basically for a site needing a customer to make a order using the listed productsand then just send the order.
The payment and invoicing happens offline with no involvement of the online system.
It's kind of a Request for quotation on the listed products.
Kind of like an eCommerce site without payment and order processing.

If it was me, I'd whip a wordpress site with woocommerce and then disable checkout. Editing woocommerce templates is reeeeeally simple (if you needed to do that). You could set this up in an hour or two.
