Suggestion for product catalogue script with shopping cart but without payment system

Hi,

Can someone suggest me a type of simple product cataloguescript with a shopping cart but no payment system.
It's basically for a site needing a customer to make a order using the listed productsand then just send the order.
The payment and invoicing happens offline with no involvement of the online system.
It's kind of a Request for quotation on the listed products.
Kind of like an eCommerce site without payment and order processing.

Well, you could create such a system that email alerts, for so-called orders, would be simpler

you can go for script that accept payments and just disable that , you can try bootcommerce is really easy php script , no need to learn mvc for this one

Wouldn't it be way easier to just a standard e-commerce platform and disable the cart? If it was me, I'd whip a wordpress site with woocommerce and then disable checkout. Editing woocommerce templates is reeeeeally simple (if you needed to do that). You could set this up in an hour or two.
