Today I give up smoking

so you choose to do vape, good choice. what brand did you use now? I've been using Tesla Terminator since 2016 I think.

I just boil my kettle and make a nice drink. Wasting water is just flexing on water aid nibbas.

Oh that sucks. Glad you're doing good though. My mother used some sort of white stick to help her quit.

Oh just checked the box and it's a Nicorette product so nvm my bad.

Lol, i smoked 2 packs aka 40 a day for 10 years, i quit without e-cigs, easy.

Good luck on quiting man. That shit would be hard and I can only imagine how much harder it is the more you've smoked.

What I did was I slowly substituted cigarettes for weed. Feel like smoking a cig? Smoke a joint. The month is the only hard part, after that you don't get withdrawals anymore and stopping weed is easy af. Good luck tho
