EssentialsX, PermissionsEx, WorldEdit, WorldGuard, and NoCheat+. If anyone tells you to use NoCheat++, they're a hacker - NC++ isn't an official plugin and is made for griefers, cheaters, etc.

All suggestions are very helpful so I will not repeat them anymore, but remember if you are doing a non-premium server, you will need Authme program, for registrations for your players, AZRank program may be useful for automaic granting if you want your server to be interesting not only through the content, but also execution and you do not know the command block, I recommend an old but still working MyCommands plugin, it will allow you to perform a lottery, avalanche commands using one, execute commands using a pressure plate, lever or button, and much more

Essentials PermissionsEx WorldEdit and WorldGuard are pretty good plugins :D

There are also LightSource and Backpacks, first one lest us have light just keeping torch in hand, second let us craft useful backpack.
