For privacy I would recommend Mullvad

I personally use PIA (Private Internet Access)

I might switch to Mullvad of NordVPN soon.

For TOR, I connect to TOR after I connect to my VPN for maximum security and privacy

TOR under VPN is a really good idea.. I usually use tor alone
as for VPN I only use cyberghost free version Smile ... no cash for paid VPN

Yeah it was a long time before I got a proper VPN (meaning paid)

I only use PIA because it accepts gift cards as a payment. $25 starbucks giftcard will get you around 3-4 months of full premium VPN.

Question I don't know if this is an off-topic post but are there still any giveaways on VPN Services because the last time I check is that Cyberghost giveaway is already ended. :(

He asked for one that does not log. Avast is in Czech I think thus they have to log due to law.
