If you have some serious freetime, you shuld learn coding.

If you're so busy you can't even work on the project without going to something else, you should get someone to code for you.

I just feel that you should just learn coding yourself, there are some websites that can help with this

It's the best to learn yourself.
If there appears any problems or stuff you want to edit it's just much easier to fix or do them yourself than wait for someone to do it.
Also you'll save some $$!

Find the language you wish to begin learning then just read documentation, you should also be able to find free video tutorials online depending on what language (tons on youtube about java, c# etc.)

Its better to learn it yourself if you have free time. Because hiring coders is going to cost a lot. There many places to learn coding online for free. All the best!
