Do it all yourself, hiring someone won't help really as all the information you'd require is online.

Make sure you don't quit if you can't do something.

As everyone else mentioned it's best you learn yourself so you can deal with your own things, plus you get the satisfaction of accomplishing it yourself.

If you have time to actually stay focused on a single language for a long period of time, then definitely learn how to program. It is so useful.
