To be honest, I'm a busy guy, so I try to fit in some physical activity like a quick walk or jog to burn off extra energy. I also make sure to get enough sleep and prioritize talking to a trusted friend or therapist about what's stressing me out.

Gym, taking walks, and fighting mostly are the best ways imo. Usually hammering your body physically does the trick, just make sure you're eating good and enough to recover from it. Bad food will stress you too.

Doing something that you love or something that expresses your emotions whether it be poetry, creative writing or even going to the Gym & listening to some Motivation Music or music that allows your mind to escape reality
