Single pages are good when your displaying a single category of items. Multiple pages are nice to organize your content in tabs. Looks cluttered and unorganized in my opinion if you have a lot of stuff. You could possibly save on load time with multiple pages depending on how much and/or what your displaying.

If your page has defined a limited number of interactions or categories, it can be an excellent option, but if your page will have a lot of elements and properties, the problem will be that it is likely that during development and maintenance you will get confused if you do not perform an efficient management of the code, technologically speaking you can do with similar technology huge sites of a single page, the user will not notice much the difference

It is good if you are not aiming organic traffic. I am telling this because in one page, there is not much area to add on screen for SEO goals.

I think it's okay just to propose an item offered for sale. Usually these single page sites are made for the sale of Ebooks, guides or manuals. I think they are not the best, but maybe it depends on what you use it could be good.

Single page websites are just good for presenting professional service like consultants and the like. The about page and what have you. But in order to rank and be recognized by search engines, you will need to do more than that. Maybe add some blog component on it. So that dynamic content can be posted regularly on the blog.

Single Page Websites or Parallax websites are good for shot-term events or general information but if you want traffic to your website then don't go for them because you will suffer a lot in terms of SEO.

I created a personal website that is a single page and uses nice auto scrolling to navigate to different parts of the page. Like when you click on a navigation button in the header bar, it scrolls down to that section of the page. It is a very simple site, but it's clean and lightweight. What do you guys think of this style of website? Are there any cons that I haven't thought of?
honestly, I dont get them, what kind of site is this, which gives only one block to each thing, and a personal account? I think its better to do a lot of pages, its just more attractive, single-page only for landing pages ....

It depends on what the website should represent. I think its a nice modern way to create cheap projects
