dedication to what you want to succeed in along with the actual work, in most cases but it depends on what you see as success.

You need have a clear target of what aspect you want to be successful with. Also be open to constructive criticism as that will help you improve.

Your mindset. You cannot achieve anything without a positive or championship mindset. Lock urself in and go crazy.

The key to success, in my opinion, would be consistency. You don't have to be the smartest or the strongest. For as long as you keep showing up you will succeed in anything you want no matter what.
