Key is connection and giving all u got or going extra mile . It definitely helps to be social with higher ups or ur boss

Pay attention in school and explore many learning opportunities. Make sure to apply yourself in everything that you do and be efficient with it.

Integrity, sustainability, scalability and make sure you surround yourself with good people.

After that comes a lot of grinding
