What text editor are You using? Why?

I'm using visual studio as main for main projects, why? You can open so many folders you like, and always access them instant, and the syntax is just lovely. I'm also using sublime for quick things, open file to read / small edits ect.. Notpad++ for filezilla and general minor php related things.

notepad++ and vim when using unix. Notepad for quick notes

UltraEdit .... if you can get it from your fav torr3nt site

notepad is best in my OPInion yes because microsoft produced it.

Oh I see lots of people mentioning notepad or sublime in this thread, well as a hardcore Vim fan, sometimes I really do use notepad++ when i am on my winbox.

Vi. Because I hate myself and using something better is too much effort

VIM here, also i have notepad++, VSC and eclipse and android studio.

i using notepad++ and for temp. notes i am also using notepad
