NP++ Just because of how lightweight and simple it is to use. Hardly use anything else honestly.

Notepad++ with zenburn theme (its dark mode basically) for the small edits, fast view of whats inside the file, edit random properties etc
VSCode anything serious, for html (live code server is a time saver), there are so many great plugins, that should be a whole topic by itself

Notepad++. Simple , lightweight and works with most languages.

I use vscode for personal projects and for work. There's always a plugin for anything you'd need and you can make it as lightweight or heavyweight as you want. I've tried ide's like webstorm and intellij before but I always found them too bulky for needs

Intellij IDEA. It's a beautiful all in one with built in SSH and Plugins manager Smile

Now and then I try the fancier editors, but always come back to Notepad++, it's just great in all the right ways without any unnecessary bulk or issues.

I personally use Atom for my editor, love how you can customize it. I really like the functionally of VS but damn, it's just too damn big.
