Textpad, although i think I needed to pay for it, but it's really nice to use.

Visual Studio Code. It has an extensive library "store front" if you will of plugins, and its API is easy to write new plugins for, as well.

I typically use Notepad ++ and Visual Studio Code. Both work very well.

I use notepad++ It's free and has lots of nice features. It depends what are your needs, but can give it a try

I using Sublitext3 and notepad++ for edit text, it's two is verry complet

Notepad++ for text and viewing larger xml/css files, Komodo Edit for coding.
