When will Riot finally give us the power to report trolls effectively

#1 The current report System is a Joke, if you are not reporting someone for writing Kys or going afk you might not even have to report them at all since the chance of a successful punishment is low af.

Just some trigger words which will automatically give you punishment something needs to happen.
