Which Minecraft version was the best?

I also agree with some other posters 1.7.10 is the best version

I think 1.8.9 Is best because it has the old pvp and things like that

1.7 for my nostalgia. i play 1.8.9 only now, but i started back in 1.6

the best version of existing minecraft is 1.14, no doubt about it

My fav version is 1.7.10. When i started minecraft, it was when 1.7.10 was the latest version, and there were a lot of great mods for that version.

i think the newest one is cool but 8.9 and 1.2.1 are a couple of my favorites cause i played them all the time when i was younger

my favorite version is 1.5.4 cuz its the first one i start to play the game

lets just say before they added hunger bars. not sure of the exact version(s)

.14 is the Best update we've gotten so far.

Though i'd say 1.8 is my favorite, idk why its just the version i play the most.

I've always liked 1.8, the 1.9 combat kinda ruined things for me. 1.14 is pretty cool, but 1.8 is my favorite for mods and combat.
