Damn, hard one.. I don't really play that much games anymore, but I would probably say Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory since thats one of the games I just keep coming back to.

I usually play some older Final Fantasy games for SNES. One of my favorite is FF6.

Think I could play the original Metal Gear Solid forever. Twin Snakes on Gamecube was a great remaster.

Runescape i still play which i have been playing rince 2005

Modded GTA San Andreas is still a lot of fun. It never gets old.
