Which type of a server is better?

Maybe the normal mode such as survival, skyblock, prison will help your server members in the early stages. Then develop unique minigames or new modes by combining plugins or creating your own .-.
Hmm , buy a file in mcmarket or hire a developer is a good choice if you have enough money :v

game servers are where the money and popularity is like facions and prison ect. but all done under one hub as people dont like to switch servers nowadays. but MC is dieing anyway.

I think skyblock because it is a fun easy gamemode to set up and configure

i played minecraft once and its the worst game ever created how do you enjoy playing blocks...

Most people tend to enjoy survival since its long term, But mini games is short and doesn't tend to keep people around for long considering it's style of gameplay.

I think personally Skyblock will get you a lot more players than any other gamemode.

I think moded survival is better than normal skyblock.

You should recreate something like Vanillaverse was. They were a Survival Server with one End, one normal World, and one Nether. Everything was shared and you were able to protect your home and stuff like that. I liked that concept and if you are going to do that you can send me the Server IP and I will play on your Server.

Survival and factions are good gamemodes and are a lot more long term and allow for things that people can buy which will make them want to stay on the server
