I personally enjoy playing Skyblock rather than Survival. Maybe go with both, if you have a bigger budget ofc.

I tell you something, create your own mode. And you will have easier.

Mini-games popular, so i think minigames server with customizable modes will be good idea

if am not mistaken survival is one of the most played

I find its best to code own minigames, then your network will grow up like hypixel or gommehd.net

I would choose a PVP type gamemode. it lets your players show off their skills.

get something custom, players won't come to you for the exact same game that 10k other servers also have.
