Would you upgrade fro 1080ti to 2080ti?

For me I don't think it's worth it because I don't see a big jump in performance and also f**k raytracing haha. What do you guys think?

It really depends on what titles you want to play and what resolution/refresh rate you're running. For 144hz 1080p, stick with your card. However, if you're interested in VR titles or want to use a high-hertz, widescreen monitor, you should consider the upgrade.

If I were you I'd wait for the new release. RTX 3000 series maybe? Who knows what they will call it. But that might be your best bet. Save up and enjoy the power on release!

My pockets are empty so personally the 1080, but I wouldn't get either. I also don't think a 2080 is needed rn with current gen games, so yeh. Also idk

I would only upgrade if I were to play on a 4K Monitor, which is something that most people don't have.

For me no. 1080p is enough for me and ray-tracing isn't important in my opinion.

Unless you have money o throw away then no way is it worth it. Id rather wait and see what the next batch of cards are like.

Probably not 2080ti but 2080 or 2070 if you are on a budget.

Meaningless update due to the performance you deliver, do not attack the amount charged.

same here the upgrade for that amount of $$ is stupid just wait another gen and see
