Would you upgrade fro 1080ti to 2080ti?

wait till they release the rtx 3080 ti, jumping to the 2080 ti is a performance hike but the same amount of money can be used on the following release which would be bounds more performance

I would just wait for Ampere, it's coming soon and is going to be a huge architectural improvement over Turing
