Probably yeah. I highly doubt that there is an organism on our level or more advanced. At most some cells/really simple creatures.

As far as we understand the universe is infinitely expanding, forever. The odds of earth being the only place to hold life is unimaginable. People who don't think life is out there are closed minded as fuck.

if the universe is not expanding forever, there might be a slight chance of actually being the only species of the universe, even though i don't believe it at all

I think it's too unreasonably large for their not to be other alien life, even if it only existed momentarily or even if it's just microorganisms, but I highly doubt we will ever interact with another alien lifeform.

If we were alone id be truly concerned, the universe is huge.
