For photo development and basic editing: Photoshop Lightroom. Maybe Luminar 4 or Luminar AI as an alternative.

For heavy editing either Photoshop or Affinity Photo.

Everything from Adobe. I've used Vegas Pro in the past, but i don't like it anymore.

Gimp is great for photo edits, and is freeware too.

Well the best eding program is sony vegas, alot of stuff you can do there like videos and photos

Photos: gimp, photoshop, photopea video: premiere pro, vegas, filmora etc.

I think shotcut is a good editing program and its also free

If you have no affinity with editing program use Paint. If you have a good affinity with these programs use photoshop it is very professional
