for images paint.net usually works the best for me

I use adobe photoshop cc 2019 and premier pro 2019.I love this programs.

i'm gonna second photoshop but if you don't want to fiddle with all the cloud shit and strict anti-piracy measures, good old photoshop cs6 works just fine!

creative cloud, you can use a free trial to check it out and see if it's what you need before hand too!

I've heard Davinci Resolve is very good as well. Adobe is expensive but has endless info and tutorials

premeire pro and photoshop. Fairly easy to use. and best that i've used.

I still use a older program thats easy to use look up Macromediafireworks 2004, Still works amazing to this day

For video I use Premiere Pro, for photos Photoshop or lightroom depending on the edit
