I'd say Warwick is a really easy champ to learn and can work in low elo pretty well.

I think warwick is the easiest character to start playing because he is the best in terms of lifesteal and attack speed, and he can easily kill the forest.

I'd say Sejuani or Amumu is a easy Jungler. You are generally tanky and you should be able to help out lanes quite easily.
