how do you get better in games

Its only trying again and again. As i think the better way is researching by yourself with yout try and fall method

Play a lot. Practice. Watch videos/read guides on whatever is making you "bad" so you can learn to fix what you are doing wrong. Its hard to say without a specific game mentioned.

Find a simulator that simulates the game you wanna get better at and then keep completing that simulator until its super easy for you and repeat with harder ones.

Depends on the games, mmorpg the only tip i can give is to do research about the game and its functions and to put time and effort into it. For first person shooters i just play OSU for aim training and it helps alot. the difference is amazing.
