It completely depends if you are teaching yourself or from someone. If you teach yourself you will probably (depending on language) never get to fully code something from scratch.

I would give myself 3/4 of a year or a full year. To master it I'd give myself 2 years and then it'll get easier after the 1st language is learned.

Depends on your exeperience, on the language and what do you mean by learning.
For a first language, 1 year to use it easily. Two years to be good with it. And three to master it.

Go to codecademy.com, it's a great place to learn a few different languages, but it is mostly focused for web. Same for W3Schools. Both of those are free and will be a good starting point.

it depends your what you want to learn which programming language and how much you want to learn to it for example; in c++ being a advanced programmer takes tooooo much time. ofcourse this subjection depends on you as well. but as we all know. learning nothing is not easy

Depends on the intensitivity and effort you put into it. Like with any other things, hard work is key. Ofc also the way HOW you are learning matters

I really think that it depends on the time that you will put into this process, the material that you're having to learn etc.

it depends on your talent
I have seen people learn (not master) languages in 3 months but some people stills struggle after few years
