how mucj coffee do you drink a day

I only work on a coffee basis, minimum 5 cups

Too much.

At least 4-5 cups during working hours, then when I get home maybe another 2, but i'm in the pattern now and if I stop or reduce the amount I drink it gives me headaches or I get really tired.

I can't start my day off without a coffee so I usually grab one the first thing I do in the morning & if I still feel tired throughout noon I grab another one.

Coffee and a smoke for me... What do you drink? Black? Milky? Cappuccino?

I used to drink black but my years has made me a sweet tooth so I drink with milk and 2 sugar cubes.
And I feel you on the smoke one though I quit smoking about 2 years ago approx.

Ahh! Same here but I drink flat whites now, maybe a latte in the afternoon but for the most part flat whites.. if I'm really busy or stressed in work I tend to go back to the black coffees.

I hardly ever drink a coffee, but when I do it's caramel latte!

I personally drink only one cup of coffee per day. I don't feel like I need more.

Three-Four cups in a day. But I wanted to reduce it since Coffee is not good for health.
