well, if you want to team up, there are good websites for this such as Gamurs. yep, it actually works and it's pretty fun.

also, I learnt a lot from more experienced players, as they actually explained to me how they were doing some actions, or how to aim well.

even though my aim is pretty shit I learned a lot on how the maps work.

Download those smokes, flashes, molotovs and aim maps. Practise them a lot. CSGO even being a skilled game is also a strategy game, so if you play smart you will get also the benefits of it : -)

I recommend playing offline with bots or some sort like that on training maps. Then play competitive.

Play on hostage map ! Better for rank up

find full party friends and play whith hims and you up auto

There is a way to buy a boost for you account if you want rank up fast

As someone said before, practise makes perfect. Just play a lot, try to communicate with your team, be patient.
