how to control your anger!

i get really annoyed/angry on small things which i should let go, how do i fix this?

It's not something you can fix. it's not a flaw, use it to your advantage, but when you get mad try to stop yourself in the act and let it go.

The better thing i know it's yoga, it helped me a lot !!! Sport in general is good for the anxiety and the anger problems

what i do its just hold my breath and compress all my muscles for a few seconds, it just makes me feel relaxed when over

Going for a walk or working out. The best way to use anger is on weights.

try yoga and meditation, also reflect on how small the thing you are getting angry on are

when you feel the anger onsetting, step outside of your thoughts and just be the watcher, watching how you feel. this will help however it is very hard to do, practice!
