Dogs can be cheap, even free. But expensive breeds are def something u want to invest in.

I agree with basically every response so far.
I'd say look online for some pointers to kind of help you decide what breed to get.

Each dog is different, and have different behaviors and responsibilities.
Depending on the size of your room/house, how active you plan to be with your pet, and other factors could shape your idea of the perfect pet.

German Shepherds are great dogs, especially if you train them right!

Bro you really want to think about it, I have experienced this urge before. You really want to think are you financially capable of owning a dog I don't know about your country but in my country ( Singapore ) If you have a dog you must register your dog this cost money, nonetheless other paper work like chipping in dog, food, accessories most importantly *TIME* I told many of my friends if they want to adopt a dog please consider first if you have time. Whose going to take care of it? Like I say I experience it until now. So years ago my sister bought a dog and bring back home, I always want to have a dog but when you really does have a dog in your house you will feel differently, I personally feel shocked. Days after days, I realised that if I were my dog I would be bored to death why? Because my sister did not think! She have to go to work around 7am and always come back at night 8-10pm, luckily my grandma stay beside our house so every morning will bring my dog to walk. As for me sometimes I feel stressed out because I have to accompany my dog, in addition my relationship with my family especially sister gone worst, I always have to remind her to take care of her dog because she is so irresponsible she don't take her dog for a walk I always have to tell her then she will. Whenever I came back from school, I always see the sadness in my dog's eyes it's really disheartening to see such a cute buddy to be like this, I have to tell you that because of this my dog has developed *Anxiety Depression* whenever I want to go out or my family going out my dog would keep barking because he scared to seperate from us. TBH I still have tons to say but I really want to urge you to think about it first before making any action

TIME IS THE MOST IMPORTANT
Are you able to bring your dog out to walk everyday?
Are you able financially stable for the dog? (Food)
Are you going to push the responsibility as dog owner to your family member?

Thank you for reading

I don't know if a Husky would be right for you, but that's my favorite kind of dog. They're very loyal but you'll need to be sure to take them out running quite a bit.
Harambe still lives on within the hearts of those that truly care.

Dogs are a great companion. I often gain a great sense of comfort while I pet my dog etc after a stressful day.
