got medium usage gaming and computing go with an i5...


if your running 4k gaming or high end video editing go with the i7 with liquid cooling.

I think this is an obvious answer. i7 is so much better than i5.

It depends what you plan on using the power on. If you are going to be doing strictly gaming, an i5 is perfectly fine. The only difference is i7 provides hyper-threading which gives you an edge in video editing and running software faster

The i5 for the games and the i7 for the professionals.

If you want to just play video games then the i5 should be enough in most cases. If you do some form of editing then go with i7.

it depends alot on witch one is the latest or not, i prefer the i7 btw

I went for a 6700K I7 after doing a lot of research back then. Could have gone for a bit cheaper and take an I5 but i7 is just better if you can afford it. If not I5 will do just as well.

Everything depends, for example I use my cpu more for musical production, then mine is an i7, however if you use it to play I think that an i5 is enough.

depends on the budget and what you are doing, if you are looking to play AAA titles go for the i7
