i would say my hero academia because it has something for everyone.

If you're new to anime I would recommend watching highschool DXD

I always recommend akira, cowboy bebop, my hero academia, mob psycho 100, angel beats, or maybe even neon genesis evangelion? sorry this is a long list lmao I just personally like these ones

You could always search for something like the top 10 anime ever. But I would recommend to check out the top 3 of the last anime season (unless there is a sequel in the top 3), and go back season by season, you'll surely find something good.

I started with anime like bleach , naruto and gintama, I think those are pretty cool titles to start with anime.

If you count FamilyGuy, Futurama, King of the hill, those are the true underdogs....
