Definitely not. Because computer vision is never be 100% accuracy. Since the predictions are based on google maps apis so we cannot rely on google maps since it doesnot know the real case adn dont have a decision make capability depending on the situation provided.

Neural networks are rather unpredictable. Someone has already been killed by a self-driving car that had a human supervising it. Over time they may become safer than human drivers, but it's going to be a long development period.

I guess eventualy it would be safer to have self driving cars because human errors are made way more then machine errors.

If the technology is developed more of course self driving cars will be a lot safer

Of course, no human can react as fast as an AI. Humans stand no chance.

I don't think so. Probably in some near future they'd be easily manipulated by hackers

I think as time goes on, A.I is just going to get better and better to the point where self driving cars are safer on the roads. Just not there yet
