Did you start from anime to manga or the other way round?

I started with anime and then moved to manga.

I started with anime but lately 99% of the time I reserve for entertainment I only read manga and sometimes 1 episode or another of some new anime

First I watched the anime and then the manga, then I realized that there are several manga that have potential but are not animated, so I ended up reading more manga than watching anime haha xD

I did start with anime cause my sister was drawing a lot. After that I made my way to manga

I originally started by watching anime for a long time without reading any manga until I reached a point where there were shows that I was invested in that either were never going to be completed in animation format or I couldn't wait another year to know what would happen when the story was already out there in reading format. Surprisingly though, I actually now read much more than I watch and enjoy manga a ton now.

So I started from Hentai then to anime, then I got addicted to Doujinshins and after that I read mangas - Sounds cultured, doesn't it?

I started with Anime, i think it was Dragonball when i was like 4 or 5.

I find manga to be much more immersive than anime, plus it's usually the source material and contains the author's true intentions.

As far as I remember, I started with anime and then read manga, I didn't even know about manga at all
