Did you start from anime to manga or the other way round?

I always watch anime. doesn't like manga

I actually started with manga. After reading the first AOT manga I was hooked and my interest in manga and anime started right there

I started from anime. I started watching one piece when I was like a kind in elementary school.
It wasn't until I entered collage that I started reading manga

i do both but initially i started with anime. if i enjoy a series i'll pick up the manga. now i read shorter manga inbetween books, and pick up a series every 6 months or so animewise

I started reading Shounen Jump when it came to my country and and a short time after I started to watch Naruto which was my first Manga and Anime.

went from watching anime to reading manga and eventually getting into novels and sci fi books.
seems rare for someone to start with manga first though, it's easier to pick up anime definitely. Both are definitely great time spenders.

I started with anime. actually, I started with "spirited away" and then started watching TV series anime. I don't like reading manga and I only read one manga so far.

I usually start with anime and then pick off the manga from where it left. Unless the anime is super junk and just pick it from the start.

I started with anime first as I had never come into contact with Manga until I was old enough to understand where to actually go and find it to buy.
