is it worth to upgrade phone every year?

Short answer is no, with the state of phones these days and the increasing costs of new phones. But, if you are on a plan that gets you a free phone upgrade every once in while then sure, why not.

In Brazil there's no way to do that, specially if you are an iphone user.

Brazil minimum wage is kind of 200 us dollars.
The iPhone 12 Pro with minimum internal storage costs something around 1800 dollars in Brazil.

I personally change every 2 year, I think it's the perfect average to not spend too much money in phone and still having some of the latest phone (for one year)

Nah not really worth upgrading every year. It's better to upgrade whenever it's a design overhaul or overall a lot of good improvements done to the device.

Still rocking with my phone after years of use and it still gets the job done. While an upgrade would be nice... every year i dont think it's worth

I'd say no. I mean, they're nearly as expensive as laptops now.

I used my phone for 3 years already, unless it's spoiled or eIse don't recommend
