Depents of your time, but if you have time try swimming
Eat only breakfast and lunch ,for dinner have some fruit or greek yogurth,try not to eat after 19h

Control your diet, jog everyday and start doing HIIT as soon as you're comfortable with withstanding weights and your own weight, in 3-4 months of persistent work you'll definitely see noticeable changes.

Just start exercising Smile You can get all the tips in the world but if you don't at least start doing something (even walking for 10 minutes a day) then you won't get to where you want to be!

I think anyone who really want to lose belly fat should first control what you eat and do exercise.
