I find that eating less calories than you burn will make you lose weight and fat.

If you eat more, then exercise too. Burn your extra calories.

Start by running in the park. Then advance by doing pushups, squats

Fix what you eat, and burn more calories than you put in. Also focus on removing "empty calories", healthier foods allow you to eat the same quantity while still maintaining good calorie intake. Cut sugary drinks, stick to water.. etc.

Try not eating for a week or so this really can sound dumb and you can fill exhausted first but after 2 days your body will use the fat on your body that you dont need

The most important thing is to burn more calories than you take in during the day. It is best to have a calorie deficit of about 500kcal.

The most important thing is knowing whats going in your body... make sure to eat healthily and to get some cardio in !

Try Intermittent Fasting I find it easier not to eat than eating less.
