cardio will help, some butterfly kicks will help reduce belly fat but incline runs do the job too, just gotta stick with it and pair with a suitable diet.

There is no way to target or spot reduce fat. This is a common myth, people think if they do 10 million crunches it will shrink their belly fat.
this is not true.


The simple truth is you need to

a. be in a caloric deficit
you can use any web calculator, to figure out your maintenance is, and then eat 20-30% less than that.

b. eat a high amount of protien, about 1g per LBs of body weight.
this should prevent your body from using your muscle mass as fuel instead of your fat stores.

c. progressive resistance training. (training close to failure and progressively increasing weight/volume)
this should help you maintain your current level of muscle mass while burning


how long it takes for your body to start burning the belly fat will be determined by your genetics.

There's some things you can do, but you can't choose where to lose fat from.

Get into a calorie deficit. The best way to do this is cut down on the size of breakfast and dinner foods and research the nutrition of these foods. Do exercises for stomach muscles. Start running, or do a similar sport.

Calorie deficit - achieve this with regular cardio and a healthy diet. Easier said than done though!

Doing pushups and ab crunches are really good. But you have to eat a good diet just because you work out doesnt mean it will do anything. Trust me.

Change your diet. Dont eat a bunch of junk food you fat bitch. You need to cut out fats and eat healthy along with excersise.
