take melatonin or cbd you'll drop to sleep boi, try the app flux too it stops blue light that keeps u awake

Well the best way is to exercise a lot during the day. So that before you go ti bed, you will be tired

Workout,don't eat before sleeping, don't drink too much before sleeping, get some fresh air in the room and don't drink too much drinks with caffeine

Me personally I take about 3 aspirins turn my phone off or over and in about 10-15 I'm gone.

I like to listen to something as I drift off, podcasts are great!!

Melatonin! I take a 5mg dose of it usually every night, turn off any electronics or keep it away from myself, and then shut my eyes. Usually does the trick for me.

I like to just count to myself or do something to focus my mind in on a relaxing thought. I find that really helps me personally.
