For me it is fairly easy: my sleep problems ended when I bought an expensive pillow. It turned out that low quality pillows make me not enter REM (deep sleep) and I would have bad night sleeps and would feel super tierd in the morning. A new pillow magically fixed that.

Don't do shit that makes your body "heat up" before falling going to sleep e.g. sports. Next to that, recent studies showed that blue light isn't a harm to your sleep but the brightness of your screen is.

Definitly a proper pillow. I used to have one of those huge and soft ones. But now I'm using one of those preformed ones and it helps stabilizing position.
Sencondly I suggest some sort of breathing technique to focus on breathing and put aside other sorts helps shutting down. Maybe call it a light form of medidation.

No electronic screens from 1 hour before you drop.
No heavy meals 3 hours before.
No caffeine 6 hours before.
Less sugar intake during the day, including carbs.
Any form of meditation i.e. clearing the mind of all stressors, problems and puzzles until the morning. Learn to let go of shit.
Work out at least 3 times a week, 1 hour per session.
Get enough sunlight or at least consume another form of vitamin D.
Buy an eye-covering sleep mask if you can't fully black out your room.
Get enough oxygen circulating in your sleep environment.
Optimal ambient temperature for sleeping is 18-20 degrees C (64-68 F)
