Do you go to gym ? and how often?

I went to gym 3 days per weeks, actually not anymore.

I try to go 4-5 times a week minimum, but I also try to eat as healthy as possible and it works good for me. Everyone is built different however

Never. I prefer to work out either at home or by my own somewhere in the nature.

Rarely go to the gim. I normally do exercises on my own house.

I just cancelled my gym membership and got a set of weights and a treadmill, I really miss going to the gym but in my city surrounded by students it feels really risky to go back

No, I don't go, I prefer to sit at home and watch others go there

go to the gym a ton. But I go alone. I picked an hour and stuck with it. Confidence and growth is very good. It also regulates your hormones quite well.

I go 2 times a week in the gym, maybe 1 more maybe less

My new year's resolution was to get fit, however COVID-19 did not like those plans.
