Do you go to gym ? and how often?

Unluckily, I don't. The truth is that I'm happy how I'm right now.

Bit hard to go to gym during the fucking pandemic lol. Anyways dont go too much but I do exercises like squats pushups and pullups at home to keep in mediocre shape

I'm also pretty big on gym. I used to go 6 days a week until I realized how much harder it was for me to gain mass since I was burning so many calories just lifting weights. Don't make the same mistake as me, stick to 2-3 days..

Used to go, due to corona I'm trying to avoid it. Living in a "not so caring" country. Corona here is used by politics

I don't go to a gym, I do have some exercise equipment at home but motivation is rare.

I do it myself at home, during the corona period, I bought equipment at home.

I have my own gym at home so I use that once every 2 days.

I don't go to the club, I don't see the point(yet).
I sit and learn LUA instead of pumping up my muscles :D

yes I do, but I'm so lazy sometimes I go everyday sometimes I keep months in the home
