Do you go to gym ? and how often?

Since the pandemic started, I have wanted to get into better shape, so now I try to go every day for at least 30-60 minutes, and then also cardio (which is mostly riding my bike). It's important to get at least 30-60 minutes of cardiovascular activity per day.

Once a month, and I mean it. My motivation is long gone, can somebody help me find it?

Yes i do, and i go like every day training my arms and shit.

I don't anymore. I still work out at home though. I do dumbbell exercises 2 or 3 times a week and jog about every other day. Still not in fantastic shape but getting a little better every month.

Man, I just cant seem to remain consistent! Used to be 3x a week. Now its 0 :D

I dont go to gym because this is stupid, big muscle is kid fantasy

Never i hate working out i prefer my laptop and typing hahahahha
