lol you just don't force yourself to converse, just go be in the crowd and human nature will take its course

Actually I think there's nothing wrong with being anti-social. I find it helps save a lot of energy. I typically start a conversation by going straight to the point. If I have no point to make, I don't start conversations.

Usually with just hello? depending on my mood and person....

Usually with a hey or whats up. With strangers i might say excuse me.

If its not formal just say yo or whats up basically anything to catch their attention
