How do you stop sleeping at 2 am?

I wished my brain had a turn off option, but nah... sometimes I go out the bed and go make what i was thinking about, then I go to bed at 5, but i know it won't bother me again during the night

I would recommend to force yourself to be active all day so you can get tired early then you'll be sleeping more easily

do not drink coffe after 14:00, exercise almost 1-2hours before sleep, drink tea that have relax effects, turn off your devices almost 1 hour before sleep, you will sleep like an angel

when your muscles is strong after workout you just wanna lay down and sleep, it's great

if your sleep schedule is really messed up what I do is stay up the rest of that night take a hour nap around 10 am and try to stay awake until 10 PM kinda works kinda doesnt not efficient at all but i gotta try something

i didnt take a nap, i still sleep at 3-4 am
