How much do you drink water

I don't realy know i like drink 4 or 5 glasses of water each day

i don't like soda and I rarely drink coffee I drink a gallon of water everyday

about 2-2,5 liters every day. I think it is the gold mean

I rarely, if ever get to the "recommended" two liters of water a day if it's just plain water, however if we're counting tea, sparkling water and plain coffee then I absolutely do manage to drink enough.

Getting to the age that stuff like milk and soda aren't agreeing with me, so that's done a lot to steer me in the right direction regarding hydrating myself.

unfortunately I've been procrastinating a lot in relation to drinking water

there are days when I don't even drink 2 glasses, but I'm trying to ingest at least 1-2 liters a day
