How much do you drink water

I barely drink a liter which is bad

i drink 6 liters daily, it really helps with acne and skin issues

i usually drink water every 30mins

I drink about three litres of water a day + very often drink tea, for which I bought myself a large cup. Generally speaking, drinking plain water is beneficial, as toxins are eliminated from the body faster, especially for people living in megacities.

Drinking 3-4 liters per day ,actually needing to drink this much for my kidneys to run smoothly but don t drink more than 6 liters in 2-3 hours or you can actually die from overhydration.

About 2.5 Liters a day, was a lot different just a few weeks ago... Was basically only drinking ice tea lol
